Inaugural Field Trip
Ron Gregory has kindly offered to host our inaugural field trip at his Back Creek gold lease on the 16th of January 2016. This is also a good opportunity to have our AGM, which will be held on-site. Field Trip to Weldborough – gemstones (and a little gold)
After a series of floods hit the north during winter, the fossicking is excellent in the creeks and rivers around Weldborough. 2017 AGM and Lisle Field Trip
The 2017 PMAT AGM will be beld at Lisle, in north-eastern Tasmania, on Saturday 18th March 2017, starting at 9:00 am. Lisle is the site of the largest alluvial goldfield in Tasmania's history. Gladstone Fossicking Area Trip
The next PMAT field trip will be held at the Gladstone Fossicking area on Saturday the 28th of October 2017. Since we will be in a designated Fossicking Area, no Prospecting License is needed.
